We generally ask for a 50% deposit for all projects, with the remainder due within 15 business days of project completion. Installment payments can be arranged. All other work is invoiced monthly. We accept payments by all major Canadian credit cards.

At Aceit Digital, we personally test and vet all technology and processes before we recommend them for your business to give you the best chance for success. When you take an active role in implementing the recommended technology and consistently follow the systems we create for you, we guarantee you will notice positive changes in your business as a result. 

As business owners, we know that no two businesses are the same, so the technology and business strategy needs to be different. We offer packages as a starting point then we can add- on any services or support you need to make it work for your business. 

We don’t just write you a report and leave you to interpret and implement it on your own. We’re with you from initial consultation to full implementation of your new technology. Our team will support you with training and support as long as you need it. 

We will provide training on all technology, software, and systems we recommend for your business. If there is additional training your company needs, let us know and if we can’t do it, we’ll find a trusted partner who can.

After confirming the specs and project plan, we will provide you with a detailed project timeline. We’ll do our best to work with your completion deadlines as much as possible. 

Keep in mind that on-time completion is dependent on your timely approvals and sign-offs and any changes in project scope could delay completion. If any deadlines are at risk for any reason, we will communicate them with you immediately.
